Hatha Yoga (all levels): Focus is on alignment, strength, and flexibility. Expect to sustain each pose and flow through poses
with the breath. Recommended for both beginners and intermediates, there are modifications for all poses....
Gentle Hatha Yoga: Focus is on poses more slowly and gently. Sustaining poses will be limited...and feel free to use props
galore. I recommend this style to anyone with injuries and illnesses of any kind...as long as your doctor approves. I also
recommend this style for anyone wanting to move slowly and consciously. For some, that is a real challenge.
Yoga for Dancers: Special schedule of classes for dancers. This style is for dancers of all ages. Contact Yoga Pam for more
information on Yoga for Dancers.
Private/Semi-Private Class: This is a great way to learn or enhance your yoga experience. Private training can be customized
for the individual ($45 an hour). For a nominal fee of $5 per additional person, you can invite up to 3 other friends to join you.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: This yoga style is choreographed, creating sequences of poses linked with the breath. This style moves
faster than the others so it may create more of a challenge for you...of course there are tons of modifications to suit your
personal needs.
Candlelight Yoga: This is a traditional style but we flow slower & gentler. Sustaining poses will be limited & feel free to use
props galore for modifications. This style also includes more yin & restorative yoga poses. This style is recommended for
anyone recovering from injuries, illnesses or pregnancy. More breath work & meditation.
